This walking group is run and organised by That's Fitness. That's fitness organises walks as a part of the Fitness and Lifestyle programs. That's Fitness is qualified to deliver these programs as a part of the Personal training and lifestyle Business.

 

All Organised and Lead walks will have a That's Fitness Staff member present. All walks will have a safety and first Aid kit present for the walking group. That's Fitness will has a qualified First Responder on all Organised walks for BFB walking Group. That's fitness takes safety seriously and takes the necessary precautions to meet the safety of it's members. That's Fitness has a risk assessment for all it's walks

 

The BFB group's focus is on completing the ' Heysen trail' within the next few years. We will however have various fitness walks that are not on the Heysen Trail to ensure the BFB Walking group are 'walk ready' for the organised walks.

 

That's Fitness has its own Terms and Conditions and Policies , the  BFB walking Group when walking the 'Heysen trail ' also follows the policies of FOHT (the friends of the Heysen trail)  Policies and Procedures.
